The room was large enough.
The service was slow. It took over an hour to get a coffee. I asked the front desk about the salon. They put me on hold forever only for the concierge to tell me it was closed! Upon arrival, after checking in online, I still waited 15 minutes because apparently, the beds were not made yet.

The rooms were lovely. The bed is comfortable. the staff are accommodating and the attention to detail is perfect!
The service was not great. They turned off the lights while i was still in the room, it was disappointing.

the staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any requests. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was really good. the pool facilities were well kept and the beach access was convenient.
the waiting time for room service was occasionally longer than expected.
