Subpar Experience
slow service unprepared beds
The room was large enough.
The service was slow. It took over an hour to get a coffee. I asked the front desk about the salon. They put me on hold forever only for the concierge to tell me it was closed! Upon arrival, after checking in online, I still waited 15 minutes because apparently, the beds were not made yet.

attentive staff really good cleanliness convenient beach
the staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any requests. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was really good. the pool facilities were well kept and the beach access was convenient.
the waiting time for room service was occasionally longer than expected.

the room featured a comfortable king-size bed, separate seating area, and a spacious balcony with ocean views. a modern bathroom includes both a rainfall shower and a soaking tub. fresh towels and toiletries were replenished daily, and housekeeping maintained a consistently high standard.
